Club Welfare Officer

Stowupland Falcons is committed to creating an enjoyable and safe environment for all our under 18 players, and providing a family friendly place for all to enjoy the beautiful game.

Providing a safe environment where we protect our players, and our visiting opponents players, from racism, bullying, harassment, and bad language is paramount in everything we believe, and is at the very heart of Stowupland Falcons Football Club.

Our Club Welfare Officer, Neil Brand, is the first point of contact for managers, parents, officials, or players (including visitors) if you witness, or are subjected too, any behaviours which threaten this safe environment.

Any information will be treated in strictest confidence, and Neil will follow clearly established FA processes to ensure problems are investigated and resolved. This includes any events which happen away from the Club (e.g., away games). Neil will also collaborate with the League, FA and any other clubs to ensure a complete and thorough investigation is completed.

The FA has numerous resources to help coach and encourage the good behaviours we hold dear at Stowupland Falcons Football Club, and we recommend all players, parents, guardians, grand parents, officials and coaches take time to visit this site and become familiar with the core messages of Respect.

Just take 5 minutes to review the videos on the Respect site, it will demonstrate why we take this so seriously. Come on join the club at www.respectfootballclub.com
